Quality construction doesn't cost, it pays! Here's why. Have you ever had your car repaired only to find out that the repair wasn't completed correctly and you had to return to the shop and go through all the time and expense to get it repaired again? Yes, you may have gotten that repair done at a discounted price but was it worth the hassle, the extra trip to the shop, the down time of your vehicle and the extra tow bill? The same holds true for construction. Anyone can pick up a hammer and say they are a carpenter or throw a ladder in the back of their truck and call themselves a roofer, but do they have the experience to correctly install the products and stand behind their installation?  Truth be told, upwards of 60% of the roofs we have inspected and subsequently had to replace have been previously installed incorrectly! Whether it was improperly nailed, not properly flashed or the installers just didn't care about their workmanship, we see it all,all the time! We are not trying to scare you, just trying to let you know that when it comes to construction, WHAT YOU CAN'T SEE OR DON'T KNOW CAN COST YOU MORE THAN YOU THINK! This is why we only install high quality materials (generally lifetime warranties) and use only highly skilled craftsmen for our installs. It just doesn't make sense to save a few dollars on the front end on inferior products and careless workmanship only to replace it again sooner than you should have to.
